Training Camp

Scheduled for June 2-5, 2022

Training camp is one of the highlights of the year! It’s a free weekend event spent learning all the ins and outs of working at Victory Camp. There is a ton of workshops, activity times, worship, services, late night events and surprises that are just for our team.

Training Camp is required for all staff, interns, and CITS.

Pre-Season Training

Summer Staff will meet for a required pre-season training event. Date is TBA.

Lifeguard Training will be held at the Victory Camp pool. Full time lifeguards for the summer will be able to attend training for free.

Current Guard Refresher:

May 1 | 8am – 8pm

New Guard/ Renewal Guards:

May 15 | 1pm – 8pm

May 21 | 8am – 8pm

May 22 | 1pm – 8pm

Challenge Course Training is provided on campus during the spring. All facilitators will need to attend a minimum of 8 hours of course training with additional practical observations.

Belay Certification Training:

April 30 | 8am – 5pm
