Hosting Events FAQ
1. Can my church host a camp or retreat at Victory Camp?
Yes, we rent our facility for groups to use for camps and events.
2. What facilities can be rented?
Just about every space or activity can be rented individually or in a package.
3. Can we bring our own catering?
Yes, licensed caterers may bring and serve food at your event.
4. What is your peak season/ off season?
Peak season is May 1 – August 1 / Off Season is August 30 – April 30
5. What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable, if you choose to cancel your event after the agreement has been signed – your deposit will be forfeited. You will have a cancellation deadline on your rental agreement. You have the option to cancel any time up to that date. After the cancellation deadline for your event, you are financially responsible for the minimum amount due as stated on your contract. In the event we are unable to hold your event due to a government closure or mandate, your deposit will be applied to a future booking.
