Summer staff at Victory Camp is a unique group of young adults who are passionate about sharing the good news of God’s love with children and teens. They know how to work hard and have fun all at the same time.

Staffers fill a variety of roles on campus. From counselors, to activity staff, to support teams – a job at Victory Camp can help you gain valuable hands-on ministry experience and practical work skills crucial for future success.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking motivated young people who love the Lord and are pursing an active relationship with Him. Students who are mature and able to work well with others and provide a good, ethical example to our campers.

What’s our WHY?

We know that camp staff play a huge role in the life changing experience known as summer camp. They are often the people with the most direct impact on our campers. Literally thousands of children and teens will attend Victory Camp this summer. Our staff has the chance to mentor and minister to these campers in such a way that their lives are changed forever.
