Summer Camp FAQ

1. Can my camper request to be in a group with another camper?

Yes! Summer campers can include a friend request on their registration form. Both campers must requests each other and we can only accommodate one request per child. Requests must be submitted no later than May 15.

2. Can I bring my church group to a camp session?

Yes! Church groups of any size are welcome at our sessions. Contact our office on information on reserving space for your group.

3. What are the height requirements for the activities?

Campers must be at least 48” tall for the waterslide and challenge course activities. 52” to ride the go-karts and for the blob.

4. What time is check-in/ check out?

Check in is 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. and Check out is 11:00 a.m.

5. What should we pack?

Day Camp Packing List: Towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, an extra change of clothes, closed toe athletic shoes, and a bag or backpack / Overnight Camp Packing List: Sleeping bag or twin sheets, pillow, 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, swimsuit, casual clothes for playing outside, closed toe athletic shoes, sunscreen, personal items (soap, shampoos, toothbrush, toothpaste) medications in labeled plastic zip bag with detailed dosage instructions.

6. When is the Early Bird Registration period and what does that mean?

Early Bird Registration is January 15 – March 31. If you register and pay in full during those dates, your camper will receive a complimentary $15 concessions band to use during their session.

7. What is the refund policy?

Every camp registration includes a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. If you choose to cancel, the remainder of your fee is refundable up to 7 days prior to your camp session. If we are unable to provide your camp session or operate due to government mandates or shut-downs, a full refund will be issued.

8. What summer programs do you offer for students in grades 9 and up?
