Our Programs

Your first step to joining the VC team. CITs assist counselors with campers and help in a variety of areas around camp. Students who have completed the sixth grade are eligible to apply.

Interns get to train first hand with camper operations, activity areas and assisting staff all throughout the campus. Available in three to ten week terms. Applicants must be 14 years of age or have completed the VC CIT program.

More than just a job, this is a way to make a difference! Full and half-season positions are available. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Positions include: lifeguards, camp counselors, activity staff, food service, hospitality and support staff.

With over 25 years of experience, our summer staff programs provide unique opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills and grow in their personal relationship with Christ.

We all have that one person who made such a difference in our lives that we will remember them forever. Have you ever thought about what it would be like to BE that person for someone else?

Born to Lead, Called to Serve is the core message of our summer leadership program. Our goal is to gather a group of young people who feel they want to make a difference and are ready to do something about it.
