SPACES RESERVED: You will need to enter the number of male and female beds you would like to reserve. We recommend selecting a lower number of spaces to start and then adding more as you need them. For spacing, please select one of the preset reservation values to start. The Children’s or Youth Pastor attends free for groups of at least 10 campers.
CHAPERONES: You will need to bring 1 male chaperone for each 8 boys attending and 1 female chaperone for each 8 girls attending. Additional chaperones (over the 1:8) will be added at the standard camper rate. Chaperones will need to complete a 1 Hour Child Protection Training, information will be sent to you once your registration is complete.
EARLY BIRD PROMOTION: Your reservation and deposit must be received by March 31 to be eligible for the Early Bird concessions credit for each student.
DEPOSIT: To complete your reservation, you will need to make an initial $500 deposit per session. Should you choose to cancel, deposits are non-refundable/ non-transferrable. Additional deposit may be required by group size. Final payments will be due by May 20th.
REGISTRATION FORMS/ SHOT RECORDS:
Once your group has reserved a session, you will receive information to allow your campers to complete their individual registration/ medical forms. All forms should be completed at least one week prior to your arrival. Each person under the age of 18 will need to submit their current shot record or notarized exemption upon arrival.
