Rod Anderson
Camp Director
Rod joined the Victory Camp staff in 1994. For over 25 years he has dedicated himself to continuing and growing our mission of creating an exciting Christ centered camp environment. He is committed to providing a place for people to have life-changing memories and experiences as they develop their relationship with Jesus. He is an ordained minister and obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.

Shana Anderson
Co-Director
Shana attended the very first camp ever held at Victory Camp! Since then, she has served in a variety of roles. Joining the full-time staff in 2000, she spends most of her time planning fun and keeping everyone organized. Shana loves working with young leaders and helping them develop in their calling. She is married to Rod and they have one daughter.

Michael Spencer
Facilities Manager
Mike keeps our facilities and maintenance department in constant motion. He strives to maintain our campus with excellence and always keeps our guests and campers’ needs a high priority. He is always ready to serve with a cheerful heart and is dedicated to keeping Victory Camp running smoothly.

Aby Padilla
Personnel and Programs
Our summer leadership programs & projects keep Aby busy all year long. She is your go-to person for information on becoming an intern or applying for staff positions. Aby started at Victory Camp as a intern in 2012 and is currently finishing her 3rd year at NXT Leadership College. She is passionate about helping students find their place at VC and helping create an environment where students can experience Jesus.

Sandra Still
Guest Services Coordinator
Sandi will be your contact person for all Guest Service questions. Her priority is helping organizations, church groups and summer campers through the rental and registration process. Her passion is to make sure every person feels they are the most important part of our facility while staying here at Victory Camp. She brings over 20 years’ experience in customer service and HR. After feeling the Lord’s direction, Sandi made the decision to leave corporate America and joined the VC team in 2022. Her and her family have been amazing volunteers and friends to Victory Camp throughout the years and she is excited for this new chapter.

Pastors James & Steph Pitkin
Victory Camp is a ministry of LS Church. Since 1974, LS Church has served this community, as well as, surrounding communities in effort to create an environment for people to flourish, discovering who they were created to be and how to activate their purpose.
Our campus is a group of ministries with a shared purpose of training future leaders. From weekend church services, to year round daycare, summer camps with intern opportunities, a K-12 Christian School to a post high school Leadership College for young leaders aspiring to be in ministry our mission is consistent – to train and develop leaders.
